"I came into this work a decade ago as a direct result of my own healing crisis. My mentor Abdi Assadi led me to this path and I am eternally grateful to him. Self healing, drug addiction, and several other challenging experiences life threw my way have led me to this doorway. The moment I started my first reflexology workshop I knew that I had found something special. Along the way I have had the privilege to study and learn from many great teachers, to which I am eternally grateful, including Joseph Michael Levry (Gurunam), Leslie Kaminoff, Laura Norman, Eric Moya and my cherished network of family, friends and clients.

Several years ago I visited Universal Force Healing Center on 24th Street and immediately connected with the unique approach of their classes. As a former rock & roll singer, I loved the chanting and blissful sensation after these classes. I soon began my study of Harmonyum under Joseph Michael Levry. This energetic form of healing quiets the nervous system and helps reconnect us with the natural flow of love in the body, a welcome relief after many years of "louder, faster, more."

Expanding my therapeutic offerings, I soon took up the study of Naam Yoga, dedicating my life to helping others with the tools that I have been given. Naam Yoga training brought me through many wonderful levels of self-exploration, which continues to this day. Naam combines east and west methodologies, with roots in Kundalini and Universal Kabbalah.

I am convinced that we can all heal thru the vibrations of sound therapy, breath work and divine love. I will continue to find tools and therapies that I can bring to my sessions to further help my students and clients find the truth and health they are seeking."
